Terms& Conditions:
Participation in the MH Loyalty Program ("Program") is free and open to individuals aged 18 or above residing in Kuwait.
The Program consists of three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers different benefits based on points earned through service purchases.
Members earn points upon paying for services at MH Spa & Salon.
Silver Tier earn 1 point for every 1 KD spent
Gold Tier earn 1.5 point for every 1 KD spent
Platinum Tier earn 2 point for every 1 KD spent
Points can be redeemed fora variety of rewards, including discounted services, spa access, and VIP experiences. 100 points are equal to 4 KD in redemption value.
Membership in each tier is valid for 6 months from the date of achieving that tier. To maintain your current tier, you must spend the minimum required amount within the 6-month period. Downgrading to a lower tier will not affect your accumulated points.
Points earned through the Program expire 6 months after their accrual date.
MH Spa & Salon reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Program at any time with a reasonable notice.
Member information collected through the Program will be used solely for Program purposes and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.
MH Spa & Salon is not liable for any technical issues, errors, or omissions in the Program that may affect members' participation or rewards.
Any issues regarding the Program will first be addressed through amicable discussions. If an agreement cannot be reached, resolution will be followed according to Kuwait's applicable laws.

You earn points for every KD spent on services at MH Gents Salon. You can also earn points for signing up on the app, booking online, sharing feedback, and referring friends.
You can track your points through the MH Experience App or by asking our front desk staff.
Simply inform our front desk staff during payment that you wish to use your points.
The minimum number of points to use is 50 per invoice. There is no maximum number of points that can be redeemed per invoice.
Yes, points expire 6 months after their accrual date.
You can view it under ‘My Rewards’ from the menu.
