We hope you love your order – but if it doesn't meet your expectations, we’ve made it easy to make a return.
For Kuwait
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return (pickup/restocking) is free of charge.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
To be eligible for an online return, the purchase must be made online. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, includingagrances (including home fragrance) and personalized or custom items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item, and the original item will be refunded.
Physical Return / Exchange
If your purchase was made in-store and you would like to make a return or exchange, please print your invoice and visit the same store where the purchase was made.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
For GCC & Rest of the World
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items must be shipped back to our warehouse in Kuwait. No restocking fees apply.

International Damages and Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. In such cases, MH Spa & Salon will cover the return shipping costs.
