Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

MH Spa & Salon affiliate program is a marketing arrangement where MH Spa & Salon rewards individuals (“Affiliates”) for promoting its products or services and generating sales through their unique referral links. By applying to the program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old. Your activity must comply at all times with applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.

Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must promote MH Spa & Salon products in a professional and ethical manner.
• Affiliates must not use misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Affiliates are responsible for all content they publish related to promotions.
• Affiliates must not damage the brand reputation or misrepresent MH Spa & Salon.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws.

Program Structure

Our affiliate program offers commission on successful sales generated through your referral link. The commission structure will be defined within your affiliate account.

Commissions will only be paid on valid, completed orders and may be subject to review before approval.

Payments will be processed according to the schedule set by MH Spa & Salon.

Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by MH Spa & Salon, including commission rates, performance data, and internal systems.

Changes to the Program

MH Spa & Salon reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the affiliate program or these terms at any time without prior notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if a violation of these terms is detected.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
